  1. This is a digital music file of a song I made called DIGITAL WAR.
  2. It's not exactly... tame.  DEFINITELY for the open minded.  
  3. Has vocals, sampling, sound effects, the works.  I consider it
  4. a cyberpunk-techno-thrash(?)... mebbe someone can think of a decent
  5. description.  22KHz 8-bit (16-bit would've been over 5MB!)
  6. I may re-release a cleaner version later, I like 16-bit sound
  7. much better.  you can still get the "full effect" of this file,
  8. though.  Just hook it up to your stereo, crank the bass, and strap
  9. yourself to the floor if you feel too rebellious.  I wish MIDI
  10. could do vocals... I used MIDI to do the music in the background.
  11.     If anyone out there likes this, mail me!  I'll make more.
  12. I'll squeeze out a 16-bit somehow... maybe a new compression prog.

  18. and its lyrics EXCEPT: gimmie credit for it if ya do use it, even 
  19. if you alter it, mangle it, sample from it, etc... just stick my
  20. name in there somewhere, that's all I ask.

  22. TO PLAY THIS: use a VOC player that reads directly off the hard
  23. drive as it plays... otherwise you'll run out of memory.  If you
  24. convert to .wav (using voc2wav.zip, it's all over the net), you
  25. could use the prog called MEDIA PLAYER (in the "accessories" 
  26. program group of MS-WINDOWS 3.1) to play this as well.
